We accept most major PPO insurance plans at Specialty Smiles, as well as Medicaid for pediatric patients under 21. For uninsured patients, we offer in-office financing plans to help cover costs and work with third-party financers, such as CareCredit® and OrthoBanc®. For out-of-pocket costs, we accept all payment types except for checks.
Specialty Smiles Membership Plan
No insurance? No problem! We realize that unexpected costs for dental care can put a strain on your budget, and are pleased to introduce the Specialty Smiles membership plan to help you and your family receive quality dental care at an affordable price. This plan includes:
- 1 comprehensive exam
- 1 emergency exam
- 2 regular dental cleanings*
- 30% off periodontal maintenance
- 2 oral cancer screenings
- 2 fluoride tooth desensitizing treatments
- 4 bitewing X-rays
- Any individual X-rays needed
- 15% off minor services (including but not limited to dental sealants, fillings or extractions)**
- 15% off major services (including but not limited to dental implants, crowns and veneers)**
- $500 off Invisalign® treatment
*Regular dental cleanings are $120. Our plan includes 2 regular cleanings per year.

- This is an in-house dental plan and does not replace insurance.
- Membership fees are due at the time of enrollment, and any patient portions of treatment costs are due the day of service.
- There is a $50 reinstatement fee if your plan lapses.
- This membership is not refundable and not transferrable.
- You cannot use this plan in conjunction with another dental plan, dental insurance or financing.
- This plan cannot be used for treatment which, in the sole opinion of our doctors, lies outside the realm of our capacity.
- This plan is valid only at Specialty Smiles. It cannot be used at other offices or for referrals to specialists.
- This plan does not cover hospitalization or hospital charges or any kind.
- This plan does not cover costs which are covered under automobile medical coverages.
